It's a way prioritize and reprioritize your tasks and give you a visual overview of the things that need to be done in your business to move it forward. I learned this time management strategy from Dan Kennedy and tailored to work for myself and business. We live in an age where most people around their Black Berries on their hip plugged into their Outlook like some workaholic morphine drip system and literally can't seem to go an hour without looking at the damn thing. The things that were supposed to make our lives simple and save us time have actually complicated the hell out of our existence and have us bouncing around like an ADHD kid without his medicine who just at box of pop tarts. Between the email inbox, text messages inbox and never ending stream of incoming phone calls the madness never seems to end.

If you're a Crack Berry Addict I realize this storyboarding concept might seem a little old and simple. Hell, it is old and simple. However don't let its obvious simplicity fool you, it's beauty is actually in it's simplicity. It'll give you a simple yet profound solution for manage your time and way of looking at your business so you can see exactly what needs to be done to make it grow.
