Examples of Good Fitness Blogs

STEAL THESE BLOGS… or at least steal some good ideas from them on how to do your own blog…

chkban.jpgWow, the launch I just did for my Market Annihilator Program was insane. Sold out all 150 slots in less than a week… not bad for a $2,000.00 product in a niche that's used to $37 products.

A few things we're a paramount part of the process.

One was relationships - the fact that Ryan Lee, Pat Rigsby, Jim Labadie and Bedros Keuilian all promoted it for me didn't hurt.

Those guys have all been in the fitness marketing business a long time and have email lists WAY bigger than mine

So that was huge…

But there was something that was key to building the relationships with these guys… and that was this very blog you're reading right now.

This blog helped me not only build my own email list but also caught the eye of the gurus I mentioned above and was a key factor in starting the relationships I now have with all those dudes.

Blogging is huge, it can help with…

  • Creating relationships with industry experts
  • Building a feeling of reciprocity in your audience
  • Bonding with your audience
  • Staying in touch with your audience
  • Getting found in the search engines
  • Building a list
  • And a whole bunch of other cool stuff

Here are some fitness industry blogs that I think kick a** and you guys should definitely keep your eye on and get some great ideas from. Some are new and not so popular, and others have been around awhile.

The Nate Green Experience - First of all, Nate is the man. He just released his first book Built For Show, is a contributor to T-nation as well as other popular fitness mags and is about to friggin' explode.

He's like a young mix of David DeAngelo meets Alywn Cosgrove meets Timothy Ferris. ( PickUp meets Fitness meets Lifestyle Design)

I just got off the phone with Nate and will most likely set up an interview with him for you guys in the near future. He understands his market with insane precision and has created a brand for himself based on what his audience really wants in life.

Zach Even-Esh - Zach knows his market. Big dudes who like to pick up heavy sh*t. Zach is one of the coolest and funniest dudes in our industry and his personality really comes though in his posts.

Unstoppable Fat Loss - Scott Tousignants blog is loaded with killer and fun fitness content. Scott really bonds with his audience and does a helluva job branding himself

Womens Diet and Fitness - Angie Schumacher really knows her audience and does a great job of delivering high quality content, bonding with her readers and networking like a maniac.

Justin Goff - Justins blog is pretty new and it's a fitness marketing blog similar to mine. I really like what Justin has to say and the guy knows his stuff so I brought him on as a contributor to my Market Annihilator Program

Super Trainer - Great blog for personal trainers. Very fun to read and informative. Kaiser has his own style and I like it.

And if you haven't done so already, be sure to opt-in for my free Kick Back Life Fitness Marketing updates… I'll also send you a link to a secret video that shows how you can make a lot more money and work a lot less hours from using little known underground Internet marketing tactics.
