Something else everyone might want to try. BJ Gaddour shared it in his make more, train less newsletter at makemoretrainless.com.

It's the Sales Force Member Discount, here's what it entails for a camper to receive a 25 % discount on the cost of the monthly membership:

1.) Drive around with provide boot camp car magnets at all times on both sides of car

2.) Handout 25 free trial cards per month

3.) Wear boot camp t-shirts every time you go to the gym or do something active in public

Not only will this save our clients $550 per year, but it literally puts our campers as "red bull" trucks all over Milwaukee spreading the word for our program like wild fire. Yep, it generates your very own sales force.

Plus, it essentially automates the referral process for our campers. We've done the numbers… we'll get at least 1 new trial member out of every 25 trials passed out (usually we get more), and we're damn good at converting.

Good for us of course and good for the client who also gets $50 in cash for every referral that signs up for our camps in addition to the aforementioned discount.

This is gold, you know it, and I know it.

Right on.
This is cool.

I have offered free training in the past with okay success.
the biz grew, but not by much.

I can see how this approach would do very well.

I didn't qualify the people who I offered the training to…
Which was a huge mistake.
