Question - lets say someone says "how can you charge me next month automatically because I am going on vacation?" I think you should do a whole post on this cuz I bet many are confused by this
My instincts tell me you are going to say - you have to treat the auto-debit group training or classes like SET times and days and the reason the person is getting a significant discount is because they say they will be there ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE GROUP.. If they are not, its too bad. Its not a private scheduled appointment that can be canceled within 24 hours and rearranged. Its a class, a group, a SET time and they get charged if they are there or not.
Correct? O and also, how do you get your 1 one 1 training clients to move to auto debit when they also say "i wont be here next month so dont charge me?"

Always wanted to ask you about the EFT stuff. I like to look at it not so much as time management (as time is a continuum that one cannot affect) but as self management. You have to manage your self and be disciplined to follow some of these principles. I have recently outsourced some of my tasks and I am quickly working to find others to barter with as well. If you are an established business, with an office or facility, you can also approach local colleges regarding internships or post ads for un-paid internships on Craigslist. Lots of college kids are looking for resume building experience and willing to work for free 5-10 hours a week to get it.
Another great way to go - if you can afford it - is to get a private coach for yourself. Sifting through the sea of things that demand your attention, a good coach who has been there, done that will save you loads of time by helping you prioritize your activities and focus in on the most important things first. That will grow your business faster than anything. I recommend Chris McCombs!
Thanks Chris!

Just found your blog now but I like your straight-forward approach. Those are also very solid suggestions on how to be very efficient in this business. I'll be checking back often...

Hey Chris,<br

For those of you who are like training 1 on 1, I'm a big fan of charging high rates - This will allow you to work fewer hours while training only high quality clients - And it puts a high price tag on your services, which only adds to your value -

What's up Chris!
