Good question.

I think you went into more detail here than on your video.
I especially liked how you did the role play with the camera and spoke to the camera as if it were a real person. You know most of us fitness professionals learn best from visual and learn by doing. You really took the guess work out of it. That can be the trouble with a lot of tips is how to creatively implement them but you mentioned how to react to a few different body language scenarios and completely took the guess work out of it.
I greatly appreciate it.

I just did a similar tactic with several of the more popular hair salons in the area. We all know how stylists TALK! I made sure they understood that if I got them results that they are expected to get me referrals. I actually signed up 3 new clients BEFORE the stylists started!

Moving into my new 2,600 sq. ft. warehouse space and this is going to be my new marketing plan of attack. I have really been using referral biz but this is going to take it to another level! The clubs around the area are already threatened by me…now I am going to take their members right from under their noses!

Great video and given my buddy just got fired from a corporate gym (the same one I am currently at AND I nearly got the same treatment, more on that later) I am quietly… who am I kidding.. I am ravenously salivating at the thought of what's to come for this guest post series…
I have yet to teach him the Knackers Technique… aka Aussie101 but these tips hold just as much weight as a big ole hairy set of Jatz Crackers during an Aussie drought so a great way for him to get started.. and of course me in the coming months..

I used to get pissed of too back when I was broke, and someone would come along and give me simple actions steps to achieve the level of success that I always COMPLAINED about NOT having.
Nah, until I had my BIG mental breakthrough, It was always much easier to just talk shit and stay poor, than take action and live the life that i really WANTED to live.

Ps. When I first met Chris McCombs and he was struggling, he and another trainer asked me to sit them down and show them how make 6-figures. McCombs took immediate action and broke 100k at light speed… The other guy talked shit, kinda like you, and now he works at a regular 9-5 day job somewhere.

Great info as well – this can work for me, I'm sure of it. A great way to get word of mouth working for you and help more people.
One question – what sort of incentives do you give to refer from those that were referred from the original 20 and pay for their camps.

Great question… I offer them a 1/2 off their next month EFT for every referral (which comes out to about 100 bucks)
They get pretty excited when I tell them. "refer 1 client per month and train for 1/2 off – refer two clients per month and train for free)
