Here's what I don't get – when you start the bootcamp with your 20 free-for-life people, do you not make any money that month? Or do you give them enough lead time before the camp to refer a few people? These are great ideas, but I'm a bit hazy on how this works if starting from scratch.

I just had to come back to this post and let you know I've been on this…. It's working! But I added my own twist! You see, I convinced each of my 20 billboard people to buy one of my shirts, one of my journals and one of my canteens! And as if that is not cool enough… They are all paying for a subscription to my nutrition program.. PLUS… I convinced them all that next week when my order comes in that they are going to drive all around town with my giant car magnets on their cars advertising my site!

Hey Steve,

Great stuff, just started using themes today and people loved it!!!!

I have one question: I am just getting ready to open my 2nd location, how do I apply this in getting new clients for my 2nd location? I can't email all the clients I have now with this offer even though some of them would probably know people who live near the 2nd location. So how do I modify your approach? I do know some people near the 2nd location so I guess I can just use the email approach and ask them to forward the email to their friends. Plus there is a Gold's Gym right near by which I could use approach number 2 as well.

Thanks for the great advice, you are making this EASY for all of us.

This is awesome. I'm getting ready to start my first bootcamp but marketing cash has been tight. This is exactly what I need to jumpstart it!
It sucked when I started previous group programs with only 3 people in it but the social proof involved when you start off with 20 people in there? Awesome!!!
