For Six-Figure Boot Camp Income And A
“Do What I Want, When I Want” Lifestyle…
5-Part Mini Series to boot camp domination
(Part 4) How to train huge boot camp groups – even when everyone is on different fitness levels.

Hey, Steve Hochman here with Part 4 of the Boot Camp Dominator mini series. I’ve been getting TONS of emails from trainers BLOWING up their boot camps and group personal training using my system and tactics.
But there is just one problem… Even if it is a good problem.
HOW THE HELL DO I TRAIN THESE HUGE GROUPS!
I’m gonna answer that in just a minute…
But first I just want to say how grateful I am that all these techniques have paid off BIG TIME!

I feel so lucky and thankful to be able to wake up when ever I want, spend tons of quality time with my wife and kids, not worry about money, and get MASSIVE respect.
I’ll let you in on a little secret… The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning (after I pee lol) is check my email and see all the cash-o-la that got deposited in my account while I was sleeping.
I always knew that there were people that lived like that… And it sure feels DAMN GOOD!
Chris, Bedros and I were just talking about how friggin cool it is that in a time when most people are shuttering about the economy, we are about to have our most profitable year EVER.
If you’re reading this, it means you too, have DECIDED to NOT settle for anything less than living your dream.
Ok, back to how to train HUGE groups after applying all the techniques in the
Boot Camp Dominator Mini Series…
It’s WAAAY easier than you may think.
I mad a little video at one
Stay tuned for the GRAND FINALE,
Part 5 of the Boot Camp Dominator Mini Series.
I have a little surprise for you… You’re gonna like it
cuz it’s gonna skyrocket your fitness income to
six-figures within three months… Guaranteed.
Until next time,

Steve…You are on crazy mofo.
Hey, timed circuits and stations work extremely well with large groups.
I always do everythng based on timed circuits so that I can get the camp rockin on the exercises and that frees me up to go around and provide the personal touch with all the campers.
Donovan "DFintessguy" Owens
Great content. I'm just starting to run into these problems. I don't have as much space as the room above. In my camps I'm still doing a lot of weight training. When the groups get bigger should i move to a program that does less weights and more body weight exercises?
Steve, another awesome video. Like Don-O-van I use time for almost everything, but this is another great technique as well.
Cant wait for part V.
Steve,
Love your posts. The world needs more optimists like you.
All the best
Matt
Greetings Steve
Yes I agree that large groups are easy, sometimes easier than small groups. But you have to keep control, never let anybody stand idle as they are there to work hard and get great results. I also agree with Donovan, timed circuits are a great way to work with all abilities and to keep on an eye on the beginners and less fit.
Paul
I agree Donovan…I always use and teach stations or timed circuits with large groups..also helps you save on equipment:)
Yeah Donovan,
I find it best to have stations and i time them 30 to 50 seconds on each with a 10 sec rest or more if station is really kick ass.
Those that really need it can catch their breath while the horses move on to the next station.
Steve gives a good point for new and advanced people.
Great stuff.
I agree with Donovan Time Stations allow me chance to put as Bedros says the Hard Rock Cafe Touches .. See you all at the Weekend ..
Super simple and very effective!
thank ya………
Yo Steve!
Great video bro!
I do a lot of stuff timed and now I've been gauging stuff like you mentioned a few videos back. Everyone loves/hates it!
I also like to name stuff, to give kind of an "insider" feel to people who've been around. Like "Killers" are one of our leg matrixes. No one wants to be an outsider, so they all hang out to lern the cool names.
(plus, it's cool when someone mentions Killers on their facebook page because then all of their friends want to know what's up!)
See ya'll on Friday!

Great Stuff Steve! These Boot Camp tips are coming in handy Im starting up a group class in June. Im super excited…all these tips are going to blow the roof off all the other group classes!!
thanks chris.
Hey sweet post steve. Real helpful since I'm just starting to switch from 1 on1 personal training to group training. Your a beast
Haha Steve-
Nice post. I had fun helping make that video. Ya I tried doing a timed circuit. It was okay. Our Boot Campers like our original style of training them better. I like breaking the class up into 2 groups to change things up. We have a lot of fun:) See you all at the Summit.
Steve,
You hit the nail on the head when you said to refer those headache clients to a trainer that specializes in headaches so you can still get paid without the headaches in your boot camp!
Also wanted to say you trained me alongside a woman who could barely run 40 yards for 3 months 5 days a week and it was the most mind cracking workouts I ever did.
I still do your jumping jack method in my boot camp now. In fact, I did it last week and I learned it from you 3 years ago!
Peace,
Jaiya Figueras
Hey Steve,
Great video man… this series has kicked some serious ass…
you dun look too short on this vid.. good job
See you Friday fellas

Thanks for the tips I have been waiting for training session info like this.
Great series. If nothing else, we can all learn from Steve's ENERGY.
Yavor
Nice work Steve, you got some hot gals dude
I'm a fan of timed so that no matter your level you can push yourself to the highest levels with an evil pushing ya.
Gotta have those progressive exercises as well.
Great info again man.
What sort of building is your facility in – regular or old warehouse or what? The place is huge!
Keep the energy coming
Mike
Hey Steve great stuff! Your energy level is through the roof, that's how you do it!
I have found the groups to be beneficial. It is hard when you have super fit athletes and also the first time exerciser together. The time circuit allows each individual to kick their own butt at their own pace!
Great post!
Great Informtain as always! I love your energy and your quick thinking. I currently have smaller boot camps, but am hoping to expand…the idea of leading 30+ people intimidates me a bit, but this post definetly makes is very doable.
Dude,
I am stoked. Love the intensity. Love the simplicity. Love the results this is going to give me.

I am so glad as usual that you put that video together, I really appreciate it
