Cool – That makes it real simple.
Great post again, Chris your blog is still kicking butt as ever!
Thanks Chris and Ryan – "Do what I love and let others do the rest."

One of the main things i do is sit down the night before and prioritise my work. Most important to least important. I also do a list of work that i delegate out.
Then the next morning i start from the top and complete each job before i move to the next one..
Chris great to see you on camera man.
Keep it coming. This was a valuable tip. I just hired my lil bro to do some stuff for me on CL (craigslist) because I am more effective in person shaking hands and meeting people than sitting behind the computer.
Simple tip but most of us overlook the fact of working at what you are best at.
Thanks Chris keep it coming man
lol…I'm not getting a ton of stuff done right now… I've got to get this all figured out, for sure!
Thanks for the tips!
Happy Day!
Outsourcing all of the "not fun" stuff was not as easy as I thought it would be initially. It's definitely tough to let go but I've found it's making my life so much easier when I don't have to write articles and post CL ads. Thanks for the tips guys!
hey Chris….this is a GREAT lesson for ALL fitness entrepreneurs. My FT studio exploded after I got out of the trenches and leveraged my staff….and Deiss is "the Man" when it comes to leverage.
P.S. Thanks for showing the fitness world a better way to build their biz and exposing them to the changing world of I.M.
P.P.S. Nice shot of Bedros at the end….haha.
Yo Chris!
Cool video man, I'm on Ryan's list and he sends out cool marketing stuff that keep in my "ideas" folder.
There are two things that are really helping me get more done.
The first comes from Robert Ringer: "The fastest way to get something done is not to do it"
I came up with a couple of plans to do more strength and conditioning with schools, implement corporate fitness, and start a local health magazine. So I spent all of my time getting NOTHING done on those until I decided to shelve them and spend all that time maximizing my existing business.
And the second is to not only focus on what you're good at, focus on what you LIKE to do. There's lots of stuff in my biz I'm good at that I don't like to do. Now I'm focusing on what I'm good at AND what I like.
Thanks bro!

Thanks for this video Chris! Ryan's advice is incredibly simple and we should all as entrepreneurs be incorporating this advice into our business.
From reading your book recommendation "The E-Myth" I've already started to focus on working ON my business and not IN my business!
Thanks again Chris!
Hey Chris,
Short and very simple…
Ryan is killing it and knows exactly where his strengths lie and sticks to it
Good stuff

Chris, greatadvice from Ryan. This is an area I am pushing myself to. Always had to be the one to do everything. Now realize trying to do everything means I don't finish hardly anything!!!
Thanks again,
