    Hey Steve,

I wanted to tell ya dude… I've been listening to your stuff for little under a week now. I aint even follow your billboard marketing yet, and my client base a fricken exploded, just off listening!

Shit, when I get Chris's Auto Delegation Tool Box and follow your system… me, my wife and two kids will forever be in your debt.

I'm so pumped and excited about the future, I now wake up every morning with a renewed purpose!!!

    Thanx Guys,

    Rob.

    Hey Steve,
I'm so pumped about getting my boot camps going following your domination tactics – I was up at 3:30am and couldn't get back to sleep – so I watch your videos to get ideas and drive forward. Making your dream to do list is the most important point: so often we tell our clients to set goals, yet we don't do the same. Dream big. I've witnessed some pretty lame boot camps, and a flaw is carrying that stupid clip board along. I broke all of mine and will be shipping one off to Bedros for your "clipboard graveyard".
    Thanks for your APESHIT.

  3. and stevie hochman is THE man!

    LOVED IT!

That video should be mandatory viewing for all coaches and trainers.

Too much dead energy out there

    where is the energy!!??

That is # 1 what I look for in my Coaches!

    energy!

  4. Awesome tips Steve..

Stance was one I hadn't heard from you before and totally true…

You have a bunch of people you expect to be working their ass off in the camp .. and then here you are as a trainer kicking back?

now the kick back lifestyle is great… and it has a time and a place..

Physiology is everything… unless you are in the Tiger position.. ie Ready to pounce… then you will be draining your clients energy.. and guarantee your bootcamps will not be as successful..

And the thing is… You and No one else will have a clue as to why…

You look at just about any trainer whose schedule is packed with appointments and camps and guarantee that he/she has awesome energy each time.. people are drawn to it.. and with the energy comes an experience people do not forget.. and will rave about

Want people to rave about you? follow these tips and skyrocket your energy… some may prefer the laid back boring ass clipboard trainer and thats fine… they dont belong in your bootcamp

    Cheers Steve

Bringing the energy is changing my business.

In a previous post, one of you said to greet your clients like your dog greets you when you come home from vacation.

It puts everybody in such a good mood.

energy is what truly makes the difference!

i love the stance comment, i didn't even realize it but i might as well be working out with my bootcampers sometimes with all the jumps, hops, lunges, and squats i do while their all working out! I guess its the athlete in me! lol

its better then just standing there!

    i love this stuff!

thanks for all the great info bro!

  18. Steve – great video.

Chris – Thanks for all the great posts and guest bloggers.

I can remember a time when I had too much on my plate and had spread myself too thin.

My bootcamp classes and personal training energy suffered because of it…and then, so did my business.

I adjusted my schedule a little bit so I could continue to overdeliver for all of my clients and class participants.

    IT'S ALWAYS SHOOOOOOOOWWWWTTTTIIIIIIIIIMMMMEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Thanks again for the great post!

  20. Steve,

You are that man. I had to stop in the middle of the video to write this. I am so pumped right now. I can't wait to bring this energy to my clients.

    Thanks,

    Paul

  21. Hey Steve great post. Love the appreciation and the stance!!

  22. Love it Steve

Got 6 hours till I get up again but too excited to sleep. Made notes and will re-read each morning.

Most of these can be used for your members as well so I'm going to use this as the basis for a blog on my members site as well and really push them deep into my mind.

I'm a big believer of appreciation or gratitude since reading Tony Robbins. It really does bring awesome energy and great feelings. We have one of the best jobs in the world man. Forget about your businesses for a sec – training kids or adults and getting them into their ultimate shape is just the best especially in group format and I'm grateful I do that instead of sitting at a desk for 9 hours a day.

    Thanks again Steve.

  23. Awesome vid Steve, loved it!

  24. Steve, that was awesome!!! I sent that to one of my boot camp trainers as soon as i got it. It helped a lot, your stuff is amazing. Keep it up!

    Aussie Mick.
