Wow Steve! You're absolutely right about hair dressers – they spend over an hour with each of their clients who talk about work, home and how they need to lose 20 pounds. This is a golden opportunity for us as personal trainers. And since hair dressing is physically demanding where you're on your feet all day and not usually having time to take breaks for proper snacks and lunch – offering up free boot camp will get them in great shape, decrease lower and shoulder back pain and get them onboard as your human billboards, too. Now let's use these to DRILL into your billboards as hard as we can.
The one mistake I made was to take on over 30 billboards and not drill them….I got some referrals, but could have gotten MUCH MUCH more by taking more massive action.
