Gratitude with Attitude
Hey there, hope you're doing awesome…
Market Annihilator 2.0 is just about sold out… it's probably got about another day or so before the doors are closed, so if you wanna get a bunch of clients from the internet… I'd get over to to the site while there's still a few spots left ( like I said, it'll probably be open for about a day at this point)
Here's the page you wanna go to: Market Annihilator 2.0
Today I wanna talk about gratitude without getting too woo-woo on you ( even though I'm into the woo-woo) … where a lot of people go wrong is that they don't combine the woo-woo with action… they just sit around and try apply law of attraction type of thinking to their lives without doing anything about it.. BIG MISTAKE.
I had a friend do this for years, he would literally meditate for hours a day and think positive thoughts, but he would never really take action in the direction of his goals… needless to say did he not only end up broke, he also became suicidal… it got pretty ugly.
He missed a few key elements…
Here's the way it works: Positive Mental Attitude + Focus on a Clear and Definite Purpose + Action + Helping Others = Reasonably Happy and Successful Life
Ok, so without getting to deep into all that stuff right now I just wanted to bust out a quick post of some of the things I'm grateful for… and I WOULD love to hear in the comment section below some of the things you're grateful for…
1. My insane little daughters Emma and Abby… they are my higher purpose… and a lot of the reasons I do what I do… they have made me a better man

2. My amazing wife Sarah… who supports me like crazy… is an awesome mother to my little girls… and has been a paramount part of my businesses and my happiness… she rocks

3. My jedi-ninja assistant Del… she's at such a higher level than your typical assistant… a lot of my friends have personal assistants… and not one of them even comes close to comparing to Del… she's just on another level and is a straight up BAD ASS and one of the coolest people you'll ever meet

4. My mom… who was there for me at times when it seemed no one else was
5. My customers… thank you so much for being one
6. My blog readers… without you this blog wouldn't exist

8. Bedros Keuilian… the guy who really helped me launch my info business and has had a MAJOR influence in the way I look at business… and along with the last guy… you guessed it… one of my closest friends

9. Zach Hunt… if I'm Flavor Flav… he's the Chuck D… he's the straight man and I'm the crazy one… Zach's been a paramount part of my journey as an info marketer

10. So many other friends I haven't mentioned… there isn't enough room in this post ( Rich Golisch, Saman B., Zach Even-Esh, Larry Lonis, Bryan Klinger… just to name a few)

12. God
13. Being 6'6"

17. Internet Marketing
18. Direct Response

36. The power of the human mind
37. The power of the human spirit
I could go on and on… being grateful is one of the best states to be in… it helps you feel good, helps you attract more of things you want in life and keeps your focus off of LACK and don't-haves
I'm curious… what are you grateful for? I'd love to hear about it in the comment section below…

you forgot that Del is so ninja she eats moldy Jerky. Looking at what I have to be grateful for has seriously helped me turn round a year that was not going to plan.
I appreciate everything these days! So grateful for Scott, he is so wonderful. Grateful for the job I have had for 7 years that I just quit to do this full time. My friends, I love them. My family, my independence, my health, my customers who have taken a chance on me so far, every mentor I have ever had. And so much more!
BTW, I have Seinfeld tickets for this Friday night! So excited! It is my first time seeing him live!
Thanks for the great info,

Great Post Chris! I am thankful for my fiance, soon to be wife this sat. She is a great support system and believes in what I am trying to do. There isn't a better feeling than that. She gives me the confidence to keep doing what I'm doing!
1. Living in USA & the insane opportunities that this country offers
2. Ajax Amsterdam (especially from 1995 – 1997)
3. Steve Hochman, Bedros Keuilian, Chris McCombs, Kaiser Serajuddin, David DeAngelo.
4. My mastermind with Leanne Ellington, Sarai Jones, Dan Go, and Troy Blankenship
Bruddah man, thank YOU!
I was shocked I didn't see a thank you to OLD School Van Halen w/David Lee Roth in there, ha ha – I just loaded him up on the gym i pod as I expect you to visit NJ again, haaaaaaaaa
Also, I was NOT shocked that your 2 girls and wife were the top of the list.
I don't think I was ever more motivated or more organized since being married w/kids.
I always said you simply can't tell your kids to live their dreams and go for greatness if we are not doing it ourselves.
I think your past challenges also became "quality problems" for you bruddah, as they made you never want to go back that route again
You cat, Bhodi, is named after Bhodazafa from Point Break?
Ur my bruddah, no 2 ways about it!
See U in a few weeks dude.

Awesome Post Chris! Now that I have learned that your cat and my dog share the same name…I see now that our animals have drawn me to your pool of knowledge! LOL
Great post as usual. Market Annihilator has literally saved my business! In all seriousness, I am SO THANKFUL for your info, I hope other people are getting close to what I'm getting from it!
You and your staff ROCK, Chris!
Chris
Great stuff man, it is always awesome to look back and see all the people who have helped or infuenced you as a professional, person and businessman. Great
Hey Chris,
That is funny. Just last night at dinner I made a point to tell my 2 daughters that "they are my greatest accomplishment". Keep up the great blogs. I appreciate them so much that I wake up at 5 in the AM to read them.
God. Without Him nothing else would manifest. Great post.

Hey Chris
I am very thankful to you for having this awesome blog which got me into your Market Annihilator program I think. And thank you very much for having a look at my website http://www.perth-women-bootcamp.com.au awhile ago and gave me a very honest opinion of how you think. It's definitely a lot better than it was. It was horrible as I recalled. Can't believe I put that shit up on the web. LOL.
The most important person I am grateful to is my awesome wife Kelly who is there for me when she thinks that I not doing the right thing. But she supports me anyway and constantly reminds me that she believes in me.
And not to forget all my awesome personal training and boot camp clients who are very supportive of my services and kept me going at what I love to do.
Many Thanks to You Chris!
I'm thankful I switched majors from Artificial Intelligence to Exercise Science, otherwise I'd be the guy writing the code instead of the guy getting money from it.
Thanks bro!
1. Waking up everyday.
2. Reading blogs like this that inspire the hell out of me.
There is so much I'm grateful for these days…my life has constantly been progressing and I've been constantly growing…where do I start?
1. My family…especially my dad and my mom (may you rest in peace)…they push me to be greater than what I think is possible…even though they ride me like seabiscuit at times.
And when I was a total fuck up in high school and college my mom was the only one telling me constantly that I am better than what I was showing. And always letting me know that I have the potential to be anything in this world as long as I put my mind to it.
2. My boot camp members and blog readers because they have allowed me to do what I love and get paid for doing it. And it's always a kick when someone stops you inside a club and tells you they read your blog religiously. That's just a wow moment for me.
3. All of my coaches past and present. Before it was Pat, Nick and Jim who turned me from a corporate gym trainer to a personal trainer/boot camp trainer.
Now it's Mr. Bad ass Chris Mccombs who is turning me from a boot camp trainer into automatic six figure business owner.
4. My super successful mastermind group of Leanne Ellington (thank you so much for starting the group!), Michael Duivus, Sarai Jones and Troy Blankenship. After I talk to you guys I always seem to take a step forward in my business.
5. My car. Even though I was thinking of getting a real nice car before you I'm glad I got you. You take me around and let me use your wheels to help me grow my business and life. You are also where I get my education on. You serve so many purposes….I'm totally grateful.
6. Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Dan Kennedy and Maxwell Maltz (Psycho Cybernetics). Your products have helped shaped my life.
7. My fantastic five Adam, Alice, Dave and Christina. We push each other to be more, have more and do more. And we are the best of friends. I'm totally grateful for your friendship.
8. All of the haters, critics, and disloyal ex girlfriend. A huge part of my fire for achievement comes from those who tell me that I can't do something. Thank you for being that fire.
There are a lot more…I am appreciative for everything that is put my way. Thank you.
This was fantastic. It's incredible when people are able to open the way you did Chris.
I'm just grateful to be alive and given a chance to make the most of each day
Thanks for being a bad ass in jeans and a t-shirt making bank and helping tons of people!
Justin Yule
Good call Chris, stopping to think about and be thankful for the people and things that we value, give us support and strength and we are thankful for having around us.
1. My wife, not only for being my best friend and my main supporter emotionally but also for the work she puts into my business by doing my website, printed materials and apparel.
2. My momma. Seriously I wouldn't be here if it weren't for my mother, she has always supported me and pushed me to be a better person and to succeed at everything I do. And she gave me the money to get my PT Certification! She sacrificed so much for me growing up and for that I am so thankful.
3. My health. While I may have a messed up knee and a jacked up shoulder, I am in the best shape of my life and still getting better everyday. I train to fight and it is not only an amazing workout but so much fun. I must also be mindful that so many people cannot see, hear, talk and walk and no matter how much pain I am in at any time there is always someone who is in much worse shape than I am in.
4. What little family I have.
5. My intelligence…need I say more.
6. The internet. Seriously, without it I would still only have 2 or 3 clients.
Chris, Zach, Bedros, you guys may not be in my top ten, but thank you, not just for all your free info but just for getting me to think about my business in different ways and showing me what to concentrate on and what not to.
I'm sure there's so much more I'm thankful for but I need to get back to working on my book. That's right, my fitness/nutrition/lifestyle book that I would've probably never even thought about writing if I weren't in this business and I had never come across Chris.

Big dog!! Awesome post man! I feel honored to be on your list man thank you so much I appreciate it and means a lot.
If I had to make a list of things I'm grateful for it would be this:
1.God
2.Parents
3.My health
4.Big chris for helping me build my business and kill it!
5.Ruths chris ( for cheat meals)
6.All my amazing clients
Keep it up man, great things happen to great people and you're a rare breed. Thanks for everything man!
Awesome list.
I can relate to the people that just sit around and never take action.
Hey Chris,
If you want honesty and I know you do. Here is my list most important at the top:
1. My wife – for getting me out the nasty world I got after I caught my first wife cheating on me, ended up in a crazy world for a while, but her belief in me and she knew I could become saved my life
2. my little crazy princess in Maddy ( never knew kids could change your world like they do.
3. Mum ( same reasons as you)
4. My business partner who gives me the freedom to sit back and build our business
5. friends and family
6. my mother in law (yes that is right), for all her guidance as a coach and mentor, she has been trained by Bob Proctor for 20 years so between her and Bob Proctor these are two people that have had a major influence on where I am today, and these are the two that taught me to take action, actio, action
7. my clients
8. cheat meals ( should be more of them)
I wake up everyday and am grateful for just being able to get out of bed.
Hey Chris,
This is what people NEED to hear. We get so caught up in ourselves and our wants we don't take a moment to reflect at how blessed we truly are.
As you stated above…being thankful for being able to see, hear and walk is paramount. People take these things for granite everyday.
What do you think a person who can't walk anymore would give to run to the waves on the beach???
I find it an honor to comment on this blog because this is exactly what I was talking about in my comments just the other day that attracted the Market Annihilator 2.0 into my life free of charge. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chris!
Below is a a paragraph from James Ray and his program "The Science of Success." I enter it here for other readers to learn from and hopefully incorporate into their lives. For gratitude is the mother of all…
The Law of Appreciation
The attitude of gratitude is developed and turned into a habit by giving attention the the LAW OF APPRECIATION. One of the principles of the universe is that anything that is not growing is dying. Because we know that nothing stands still, we absolutely must be moving in one direction or the other. We also know that whatever you give energy and attention to grows. Appreciation is one of the highest forms of attention.
According to the Law of Rhythm, we are either growing or dying. The law states "create or disintegrate".
Whatever we give energy and attention to–grows.
One of the greatest ways to give energy, attention, and gratitude is to appreciate. The LAW OF APPRECIATION is the way that we can grow and strengthen what we want in our life and in our relationships.
The unfortunate truth is that a majority of people neglect the things that are most important in their lives. For instance, their spouse, their children, their family members, their closest friends… and themselves.
True appreciation does not have to be something grandiose. In fact, most frequently you will find that the small things done consistently i the right places create the major impact. These are the things that are so easy to give, yet so often neglected:
Thank you's
Keeping promises
Common courtesies
Cards and small remembrances
Communicating frequently
Eating well, exercising, rest and recreation
If our lives are not appreciating, they are depreciating. They never stand still.
So… on that note I will leave the 10 things I am grateful for today. This is the FIRST thing I do upon waking every morning. It is such a habit that it is the first thought that pops in my head the moment my alarm go's off…
I truly hope that at least one of your awesome readers finds this comment and starts to implement this into their lives. As you know Chris…this constant attitude of gratitude will change your life for the good in so many ways that it will leave you speechless.
Here is my "10 Things I Am Grateful For Today"
1. Another day on this earth to spend with the people I love.
2. My wonderful wife and soul mate…Judith
3. God
4. My great health
5. My increasing financial situation
6. Living on beautiful Siesta Key Florida
7. Market Annihilator 2.0
8. Chris McCombs, Steve H., Bedros K., for their wisdom, kindness, and generosity. These 3 gentlemen are the finest example of what it means to live a life on purpose…
9. Dr. David Hawkins and his teachings on enlightenment through first hand experience
10. The opportunity to participant in blog with content that is truly life changing and meaningful
Thank you again for all the generous wisdom you have passed my way.
Success to You,
Scott Chmiel
Great stuff Chris! Thanks for the reminder man! It's easy to get caught up in building a business and training all the time and not take the time to just reflect on what we are thankful for. It's time to start making this a regular thing again. After all, what truly makes us happy is what we are most grateful for! No amount of money or success can make you happy if you aren't grateful for what you have!
Chris,
Incredible stuff mate…
Gratitude is one of the most powerful states one can be in… it really gets you to an amazing place when you take the time to give thanks and reflect on everything you are grateful for..
Wow where to begin…
1. My family (I wouldn't be here without them)
2. My Andrea – for staying strong and being there for me in tough times
3. My Canadian Family.. They have invested a TON of love in me
4. My Fitness Family… Over the last 12 months I have met and connected with some truly outstanding people who have had such a positive effect on my life
5. For being able to share my experience and knowledge via guest posts on this blog and Steve's and having a positive influence on fellow PTs
6. Our Industry "Gurus" if you will… Chris, Bedros, Steve, Pat, Rocco, BJ, Craig, Brian, Zach, Dax, Nick, AJ and special mentions to Donovan and Sincere… incredible bunch of guys who are totally committed to giving the chance for PTs to become so much more than just a trainer at a big gym
7. My Aussie mates… At times I miss them alot and I am truly looking forward to the day I will be able to visit them more often and them me. They really are family, an amazing bunch of people who will forever be amongst my core group of close friends. Again I wouldn't be here or in the position I am in without them
8. My core group of clients… a true pleasure to work with and I look forward to dramatically growing my client base and adopting them too as family
9. The words and teachings of some of the worlds best coaches… be it the big TR, brian tracy, dan kennedy, napolean hill…
10. The fact that I have much easier access to Rock Concerts, Wrestling Events etc… great stuff
11. Being blessed with the knowledge that at least 1 person on this great earth has lived a better life or made a change in their life for the better because of something I said or because I was a postivie influence
12. Being blessed with the knowledge that to really live a full life you need to continuously grow and contribute to something much bigger than yourself
Chris… THANK YOU for the post and helping me back on the Gratitude Train…
You rock Bro
AT
