Thanks Craig!

Thats a great blueprint to work from. And whats awesome is there is so much room for variety within it.

In fact my training has been stale recently so I am going to give this a go tomorrow!

Thanks for the tip.

Thanks a lot for that, exactly the way i run my bootcamp.i learn that from your bootcamp done for you products it was amazing put together program which i think its the best way to run a bootcamp, not running around like a mad dog.once more thank you for your great idea.

The TT Boot Camps are great! I've been in the US Marines and have done this style of training for a long time.. So why would I purchase the TT Boot Camp system? Because it's a cool investment and not really that much! I got some really good ideas. Well worth every penny! I got the TT Boot Camps and then I got a Gym Boss interval timer because I got into the Tabatta exercises…

People love the boot camps… I refer back to the manual often.. and it's nice to know if I have another instructor teaching a class, I can give them a TT Workout to follow and I don't have to worry about a class going wrong…

Keep it up guys!

Just wanted to say that I bought Craig's TT Bootcamp Manual a while back and have adopted many of the ideas into my own bootcamp and its going GREAT! The people are ranting and raving about it and I have gotten lots of people to bring friends because they are liking it so much.
Even if you think you have bootcamps down to a science it doesn't hurt to pick up the manual and get a couple different ideas.
Just so you know I'm not in any way affiliated with Craig, its just an honest endorsement of a worthwhile product
