@Adam… Concerning the phone #'s for Craigslist PVA's, just make sure that the phone number is from the same country as where the IP address is from. So if the PVA is created with a Canadian IP, yeah you'll need a Canadian phone #.
However…..I would just purchase them. It's a hassle to get so many unique phone numbers.
Also, as an alternative you can a posting service from India (or if you REALLY want to kill it, hire 20 different posting services and have them all post 1 ad/day).
@Rickey… Nah I never used the $15/session billboards. I think the $299 is a little better since it filters out the serious go-getters from the people who stick with the program just because they're billed small amounts.
What I'm saying is, I'd rather have a billboard pay 1 full amount so that he/she KNOWS she won't be billed again. This way you can work the "$299 for 1 month, and 11 months free" special… so that after 1 month, they better start referring!
Hope that makes sense.
And remember… lean HARD on your billboards. If you don't establish authority from DAY 1, they will naturally assume that the price for your bootcamp is $299 / year…

I really like the idea of the $299 deal because I got a few people that I started training for free right off the bat and they flaked off. Not like I lost any money but just a waste of energy. The investment makes it a little more serious I think.

My only question is if a HB is still not producing even after pressure what do you do with them. Just constantly keep at them over and over? Because they have already paid for the year.

Did you outsource this to one of your members or get someone off of guru.com or elance etc? B/c that amount of posting on CL takes a fair bit of time that you can use doing something else. If you did outsource how much did you pay them? Thanks.
