Yo Chris!

Lookin' good man! Almost a middle weight!

Cool tip.. I stumbled upon that too when I could only train 3x week due to a family issue.. Oddly, everyone made it fit!

It ended up kind of like, "Ahh, ok.. I guess I can do Wed. at 9"…

I remember another post (video) you did where you always answered positively, never saying "I can't do that time but…" You worded it by simply answering to any question, "I can do Thursday at 8 or Friday at 10?"

This is one of those things that separates you from the $9/hr trainer down the road…

Hey Chris
Awesome video post! I really like your small group personal training concept right there.

Great tip!!! That's what I found when I was just open all the time. I blocked my time off and people go through a screening process to train with me and I found that this made me highly sought out.

Good stuff

Thanks
Mike

Great advice!

I started adding more groups and outsourcing single clients at around September. It's an awesome thing to do. It's cheaper per person, you end up earning more, working less and your clients end up getting as good if not better workouts.

The time fly's too! There are normally a few more laughs and the workouts flow great.

Thanks Chris.

Chris,

Awesome post mate, we are working flat out on our newly designed GPTXpress which is going great guns.

All our sessions are now group based, and the one on one's we give away to other trainers and make a small %.

Working beautifully.

Besides providing trainers with more free time, it may help increase your sales closing percentage. By offering the client only certain days an hours, the potential client perceives you as being booked up and busy on the other days/times. This creates a sense of urgency to the client and oftentimes they will change their schedules around to fit into yours.

Chris…….Loved your info here!!!

Great Video Chris! Love how you pack the killer content into a quick video like that! Keep up the great work bro!
