Love this one Chris! I am so jealous of your weather with those trees in the background…and you out there in a t-shirt while we're freezing our butts off in NYC :)

Your blog is the only fitness blog I read….thanks for the pep talk!

Gregory Groves @ 6:46 am

Great advice Chris. I'll definantly keep that in mind!

HEy Chris, your making a lot of sense. That last post made me really think about what I type in sometimes and what others have to say, thanks

Good stuff buddy!

Love it…

you can cater for everyone…

You have to be prepared to have some people say 'that isnt for me' and maybe even offend some people with the way you approach your training!

My business partner is a 'nice guy' caters for women looking for Tone and fun workouts…i position myself as being a bit mean and OTT…hard training sessions…train hard or go home type stuff and it works perfect.

thanks Chris!

Love these 'short video' blog posts man.

Chris - I gotta say, your blog is BY FAR one of the best out there. I keep telling everyone about it too!

Hey Chris
Great advice on being not the perfect solution. I used to be everything to everyone and I realised people is not going to believe it. Thanks for the advice!

Yes, it is crucial to allow your genuine personality come out as Chris shows on his site. Authenticity will get you far! I read somewhere that people can detect fraud quicker than a spam filter. (not sure where I read that?)

Another Killer Post Chris! It's funny how simple this tip is, but how truly powerful it is for your business and your life! I learned this after I quit my job this year and started my business. When I was working for somebody else I always felt like I had to do things the "right" way and make everybody happy and as a result there were times when I was stuck working with people that drove me crazy and made my life miserable. One of the best things I did with my own business was drop all the BS about trying to please everyone and truly only work with people that I want to work with. I now love working again and all of my clients know that I only work with people who are willing to work hard and stay committed so I keep attracting people like that into the business. It's all good! Plus it is so refreshing to not have to hide anything! By being able to share your flaws with people you open things up so that they trust and respect you more.

Great post! Most people try to be perfect and that is one thing that turns people off. I try to show my true side on my site and let people come into my world. I agree that the way you should be to gain trust.

Good job!
