Hope you're doing great… here's some super cool and inspiring videos from a few of the coolest sports around… bodybuilding, powerlifting, freestyle motocross and parkour… these videos really get me pumped up and ready to take on the world… so I figured I'd share them with you here.

First, for the Parkour videos, which is defined by Wikipedia as the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment

Another great Parkour one

Freestyle Motocross from the boys of Metal Mulisha…

And Bedros sent me this Bodybuilding one a while back from the great Ronnie Coleman… LIGHT WEIGHT… YEAH BUDDY!!!

And of course, powerlifting…

And here's a link to the famous Death Squat Video featuring Big Dave Tate – Check it out here

Sick….YEAAAH BUDDY. LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!

Man, those Parkour guys are amazing, nuts, but still amazing. Imagine if they were taking your group PT sessions!

That alongside FMX, ie. Pastrana and those guys are seriously loose. What makes a person wired like that? Impressive regardless.

And Big Ron, Big Louis, some of my favourites of all time… Actually I would rather try a 500 pound deadlift than get on a motorbike.

Nice vids dude… Have a great day.

This is a great motivation tool for anyone with a desire to push it to the limit. For those who thought that just showing up at the gym will allow gains of this magnitude;gets a small glimpse of what it takes to transform a physique.
