Things I Learned From Bedros Keuilian
Hey there, hope you're doing awesome… here's a list things I either learned from my good friend Bedros Keuilian… or through watching how he lived this stuff, it took my understanding to a deeper level…
Bedros is BY FAR one of the top marketers in the world, ESPECIALLY in the world of fitness
( BTW, I'd love to hear in the comment section below some of the things you've learned from Bedros… or some of the ways he's helped you build your fitness business )
1. Spend your time doing only the 5% of tasks that are most important to getting you to where you want to go

2. When getting a tattoo, make sure you get one that closely resembles the signature tattoo of one of the highest ranking and most violent prison gangs in the country
Prison gang tattoo…

Bedros's tattoos…

3. Hire a good personal assistant… they can make your life WAY easier

4. Surround yourself with high power people

5. Belong to and host high level masterminds

6. Have lower cost products and services that are "done-for-you" and continuity based, AND have extremely high end programs as well
7. Regularly take time off

8. When getting pulled over for speeding, it's probably not best to tell the cop "Listen dude, my taxes pay your salary and I make more in a week than you make all year… BTW, say hi to your sister for me"
Actually, Bedros never said that, I just thought it went well with this next pic – I HAVE been pulled over with him multiple times though… and he does like to give the cops sh*t … since I've done some time in the past, I'll admit, I'm pretty nice to cops and generally do what they ask (and it's amazing how many tickets I get out of) … Bedros well, let's just say he doesn't like to take sh*t from anyone, even if they're 6'4" 280lbs with a gun and a badge.

9. A good way to brain storm is to do it on a dry erase board and then take digital photos of it you can reference back to later ( I know this dry erase board only has him deadlifting only like 95lbs, but he's up to over 100lbs now… promise me you won't give him a hard time about it… he gets a complex about it)
10. He prefers to be called Beedros or Pedros over Bedros … just remember that for next time you see him
11. Use different email addy's… one you check on a regular basis for friends and super-important people, a less important one your assistant checks for you and one for coaching / consulting clients
13. Sometimes the best defense ( and time saver) is just to ignore things ( like an email, phone call, etc.)

14. A great way to make a lot of money, and to work with people who are the best of the best, is to get hundreds of people in a room, deliver GREAT content and an awesome show, and then offer them a high priced product or service that is so damn good only a fool wouldn't take it, done properly you can get 10-20% of the people to take you up on it.

15. Hardcore is living in your truck on a steady diet of diet soda and tuna fish protein shakes ( you mix the diet soda with the tuna and drink it)
16. Find the best, most honest and reliable computer guy you can find ( tech guy) and give him a percent of the business making him like a partner… this is more for internet marketers than fitness trainers
17. And not that I learned this one from Bedros, but he's a great reminder of it… Family Comes First

Comments on Things I Learned From Bedros Keuilian
Is that really his assistant? I imagine that place being similar to the office on Click with Hasslehoff as the boss and all hot girls running around lol.
Awesome motivation to strive for that lifestyle. Chris, you and Bedros do a good thing – thx
How the hell do you press something and then clean it? but great post as usual
I've learned that I have a lot to learn. It's a journey I'm loving to take and can't wait to pass it along. I hope one day to make this thing look as easy as you two do…knowing of course it goes along with a lot of hard work.
One of the most helpful and motivating guys i have EVER met. I wish I met him 10 years ago.
The most helpful thing that I've learned from Bedros:
"Take Massive Action"
Those three words changed my life.
God I hired the wrong assistant…
BUILDING A QUALIFIED EMAIL LIST & MARKETING TO IT
I have learned too much to list here. But one thing I did that has saved me time and actually made me more money is hiring an assistant. I created my first eproduct and man did that thing make me a lot of money. All I can say is that I love you guys and thanks for helping me to make a lot of money and help a ton of people.

Don't be average… there are great things out there.. even for dumb ass trainers like some of us who forgot to go to college!!!
Hey Chris
I got Bedros's DVD on "How to Close 9 out of 10 Clients" and it has helped me how to sell training.
One think I have learned from Bedros, is that you can't sell something that people don't want. Don't try to create a need or desire for something that people aren't looking for. For example, people aren't searching for improving posture, but they are searching and wanting to buy products to help their lower back pain.

Not only is he a wicked smart marketer, he's also a hella cool guy.
Definitely a post that I enjoyed. Although it sucks that my assistant is virtual and male and lives in India…I think I got the wrong end of the stick here.
Dude,
Both his assistants are HOT. They workout out of my gym. That's the reason I stop by there on a daily basis acting like I am looking for him.
Bedros, is one of the coolest mofo out there.
I absolutely learned nothing from him. I ONLY doubled my revenues in less than 6 months on his coaching program. Come on B, I know you are holding back. lol
Hey Chris, between Bedros and yourself I've learned an amazing amount regarding fitness marketing and sales. The stuff i've learned over the past 6 months would have been extremely useful 3 years ago when I first opened my training studio. For a while there I wasn't sure if I would ever get over the 50g/year hump and start making serious dough. On several occations I actually pondered giving up. Luckily I stuck it out and eventually came across both of you guys on a recommendation from Vince Delmonte. Best referral ever. Thanks to both of you!
Hey, thanks for all the cool commets all. Means a lot
and I really do have two of the most awesome assistants ever.
That's why Sam keeps stopping by every day… lol.
Rock on!
B
Damn. My assistant is a guy with freckles who lives in the Philippines. I must be doing something wrong.
Bedros, Thank you for all of the helpful tips that you give us. We appreciate you! Love the picture of your car, you getting handcuffed and the 2 little ones.
Classic photos as usual, although who is the guy with Bedros in pic #4? (Sorry, from Aust!)
Great tips and I know the information you guys are pouring out is going to take me from just on six figures to a lot more very soon.
Chris, I have 2 tips for you this time: (with respect of course)
1. FYI – your Copyright is still showing 2009 and
2. Can you install "Subsribe to comments" WP plugin so I can see follow up comments, etc.?
Thanks man… you are a posting machine. I seriously need to write more content.
Regards, Clayton
