Also, if you have any ideas for posts of your own about ways you’ve built your own successful fitness business, how you get clients, how you close a lot of sales… anything you do to make a lot of money in your fitness business that you think most trainers don’t know about and could benefit from, I’d love to hear about it… if you think the idea is good and you’d like to do a guest post here on KickBackLife, just contact my support on the contact page by clicking here and let them know what your idea is… if we like the idea and you’re willing to write a 700-1000 word post about it with stuff people can apply in their businesses I’ll give you two anchor text links in the bio to help with your search engine marketing efforts.
( Please note: We get tons of proposals for guests posts and we turn down most, but it never hurts to send us a quick email… who knows, we might like your idea and let you do a post… you’ll end up with a couple sweet links for your efforts)

How about more info about group training how to train alot of people at one time.
Yes thats what I am curious about too. How to do group trainings in Gyms and if you have 100 and more costumers, how do you manage them all. Because I made the experience, that they can train all on diffrent days and times.
Wish you all a great powerfull day
how about what to do if the amount of people you attract to your training sessions excedes the amount of people that can fit in your hall/room etc. living in london space isnt as plentiful as in california.
all the best

I want to incorporate bootcamps into my pole dancing studio during my down times which is mornings and daytimes, can this be done only during those time slots? Also there is a LOT of comeptition for bootcamps in my area, starting out any tips on how to set my bootcamps apart from others would be great!
Hey thanks Chris! I very much appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge.
I like to hear more about online marketing strategies.
Thanks,
Bob
P.S. Shannon, where exactly is your studio located?
Hey Chris
Love all the posts you put up for us. I'm currently trying to employ long term training contracts set up through EFT, but I'm having trouble with the logistics around cancelations and vacation time and all that. Thats vacation time for me as well. I live in a small town and don't have many trainers to cover for me when I'm gone. So how do I sign up a client for 6 months or more and not condemn myself to the commitment.
Hello Chris!
I would love to hear the best ways to get in contact with business owners about using their location for boot camps and group training. Sometimes it is hard to even reach the person that can give you an honest yes or no. Also, once you reach the person in charge, how do you go about convincing them that this new relationship will benefit both parties?
Thanks!
I would love to hear step by step on how to create, promote, and sell an information product.
Thanks
I'd like posts that give me the low down on EFT. How to set it up and be able to accommidate clients that travel, take vacation, etc. How to set it up so clients can put thier membership on hold if needed. Or like Eric said, what about we we take time off and put our camp on hold. Also, what are some of the best EFT companies?
And what's up with the pole dancing studio? I think Bob wants to go see a class. Me too!
You know, to further my fitness education.
Chris – my friend – always a pleasure (last manifesto rocked)
* systems (love e-myth and ruthless management). procedure manuals whether on this blog or sold as an info product – but system for you admin, the actual roadmap of how your business runs which i know you have gotten into but maybe written somewhere in 1 place…like…maybe even a full days video (edited) of what your assistant does day-to-day. video would be awesome to see how it all goes down. very broken down – very step by step
*another possible info product or a bonus to above. copies of contract between you and your trainers, samples of contracts between the client and you, samples of contract between the gym you rent space out of….
* info product or some system or rules for writing autoresponders (what to say, how long, how many days apart, 90 days or 360 days until you stop?).
here it can be broken down. for me I do boot camps, small groups and in home so I assume the autoresponders (after they opt in on your blog lets say) MUST be written to be general health/diet and fitness since i am not JUST boot camps ya know bro.
*Also, after you get them in from the autoresponders (post optin) do you have other sets of autos for "active", or "cancelled" cuz i heard that you do not as it may increase client drop off. very curious about that
*Do you have a set of autoresponders that go to people who just filled out your form on your direct response sales site (not the optin for your blog)?
Hey Chris,
When your trainers run boot camp for you, do you have then take any type of accountability for the clients that are there? Is there a smooth way to account for who is attending the boot camp class without making if feel like grade school roll call?
Just looking for some guidance because I'm in the process of setting up my first fitness boot camp.
Thanks brother.
LOL I am in Toronto, we offer classes for guys too!
I would like to start my bootcamp and/or personal training for runners. How do I start? Just make up flyers and post them in my neighborhood? craigslist? Just wondering what you think I should do first and how to get a single client?
Jill
Chris,
Let me first say thanks for all the helpful info you continually share.
A GrEAt TOpIc… for trainers looking to take their business to the next level regarding outsourcing clients to other trainers…YET, how would one do that with the goal of not just transfering a trainer from a corporate gym(or wherever) to my gym with more low pay, but actually empowering them with a career while still puting money in my bank…lets be real..
…If i want to controle the local market, I need the areas most influencial trainers working for me and not as competition. I'd rather have them put money in my pocket then having prospects even consider going to them somewhere else…ya dig.
Hey Chris,
I would like to know how to approach and negotiate a deal to train my clients using someone elses facility.
Thanks
As odd as it sounds, programming. I can blast clients for 6 days straight, but for those that show up every day will be burned out in no time. But on the flip side it has to be intense enough for those that only show a couple times a week. The actual workouts aren't the problem, it's the format that's both maximal health and results but still 'sells itself'.
Well Chris I am in the second run of my bootcamp classes and would like to know how I can take them indoors. I have followed what Bedros and Steve have offered but its really tough to find a place that will let us use their facility for indoor camps. Other than renting another location for the camps I am out of ideas so we continue outdoors.
Very curious to get some tips on taking my camps to the next level
I'd like to have a business checklist of everything I need to set up a bootcamp, and where to get that information (i.e., liability insurance, location requirements (i.e., flooring, indoor/outdoor, etc.).
Plus, the best ways to approach corporations, and what information should be provided to close the sale.
I have a an idea to train clients with no equipment and just nutrition with a simple technique!
I own a small fitness center and we provide personal training, but struggle to sell very much or consistently… any thoughts on how to increase sales??
Chris, I would love to see more on Google Local Business Center marketing as I strongly believe it is responsible for more traffic than ANY other form of advertising on the web.
I was in the top spot for a couple of months and was getting insane amounts of traffic and then dropped way back to where it really put a dent in my turnover.
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
Regards, Clayton
