there is always a new way to find more people
anyone else have success with this?
So on this referral tactics, is a referral consider a person that actually pay for your boot camp? Is that when you then give your current client half off next month?
Good stuff as usual from Steve! The half off next month referral method works! I sometimes don't even give that much of a discount and it still works. Some people even come up and ask me what they get if they bring in another person. I guess if I were to truly follow Steve's advice I would do what he says and "program" my client right from day one to get me more people and they will get a discount. So that's what I need to work on for right now, using this to it's fullest potential.
Thanks again Steve

Hey Ken, I look forward to you leaving a comment with your results… What tactic are you planning on implementing first?
Hey Doug… ROCK ON bro!
Carlos – A referral is doesn't officially count until money has been charged, then the client that brought the referral gets half off their next month…
Make sense?

Steve, I have tried so many ways to get boot camps, craigs list for th e 21 free and ask friends to bring referrals to build the 6 figure boot camps. I also tried a bring 3 get 6 months free, and web site landing pages and nothing seems to work. I only had a few calls and no takers. I even tried a meet up page, had 11 people join, but they would not come to class. the copy was very easy to read and the people just didn't seem interested in free! the title was Free boot camp networking. it was designed to meet people in a down economy and network and get in shape/// whats next?
seems to be a lot of tire kickers here in dallas
Hey Ken, without speaking to you or seeing your landing pages and ads I don't know how your saying it or what your ads and pages look like.
Sometimes it can be as little as tweaking one word that makes all the difference.
Email my assistant at stevehochmanblog@gmail.com and I'll have her set up a 10 min coaching call to get you on track.
Talk to ya soon,
Steve
This was great. Big wake up and appreciated. What other referral incentives are there?
Hey Dale… Thanks bro, theses are the exact referral strategies and intensives thats have made me multiple six figures year after year bro.
Love it Steve, and between you, Chris and Bedros, my days as a 1-on-1/2-on-1 trainer are numbered.
Do you have anyone is Aus using this?
It is definitely something I would be looking to implement when we secure our studio location.

Good adive! We have implemented these strategies from our inception…word of mouth has always been our greatest marketing tool…of coarse that only works if you get clients RESULTS:)
looks like a pretty good program.
Ken,
I would take Steve up on that call in a second. I did a few months back and am now bringing in an extra couple of grand each month. I will be honest- not every one of these strategies killed it for me, but the ones that did easily made up for the 1 or 2 that didn't.
These are great ideas. Over the last couple of years, many of my clients have told me that they've tried to get their friends to show up, but most don't. A lot of their friends are intimidated by the word boot camp which is getting in the way of them bringing in referrals.
I am using the referral contest this month so hopefully that will motivate them more to get their friends there.
Thanks for the information.
