Joe DeFranco's Documentary Film 'Strong'

22

A Fitness Marketing and Training Post by Chris McCombs

Hey there, hope you're great

I ordered an awesome movie the other day and I wanted to share with you

It's a documentary about trainer Joe Defranco and his gym, a gym that's more like a tribe…

Joe gives so much of his heart and soul helping people get results… I think it's pure inspiration ( from a business standpoint as well as helping pull up the intensity of your workouts)

Check out these videos about the film and Joe's training… there's also a link to Joe's site below as well as one for the movie ( NOT an affiliate link, just trying to spread the word about something way cool )

You're gonna love this stuff…

Here's where you can check out Joe's site loaded with some great resources – DeFrancosTraining.com

And here's where you can grab the movie – StrongMovie.com

I'd love to hear your comments below…

I have followed Joe's stuff for a while and he sure does get some work done. He does some cool stuff over there, that is why I love working with athletes.
