Great Ideas Emile, We often send out free fitness assessment cards for people to give to their friends over the holidays. That way we are getting new clients in the door! I Will see if there is anyway to tweak the offering to give something to existing as well as new clients

that's a great idea, I will do it like this:
I will print "sponsored" seasonal greetings cards (sponsored from me/my studio) with a 100 swiss francs (+/- 115 USD) discount coupon (printeted on the card) and will give away these cards for free, so that everyone can ship somany cards he wants to relatives, friends, partners,… making his best wishes for Chritmas and giving a 100 swiss francs coupon for any service of my studio.
