How To Manage Your Fitness Training Appointments

Below are some great solutions for making managing your clients training appointments easier

I’ve been back in the trenches training some clients for fun… LOVING IT ( this post explains why in detail) … but basically it’s for fun and to fulfill that inner need to kicks people’s asses…

After years or just working behind a lap top… it’s SOOOOO refreshing to be training clients again… even if it is just a few hours a week… for now (=

One of my mentoring clients from Australia who just doubled his client base in the last few months, asked me about what the best software is for scheduling his clients appointments…  so I told him I’d ask my Facebook friends real quick

Well, he found the answers super helpful and I thought you would too

In fact, I’m gonna share with you what the members said were their biggest and most successful ways of getting new clients.

From 8-Figure Earner and Internet Guru Andy Jenkins … to Legendary Fitness Guru and Creator of the worldwide ‘Adventure Boot Camp’ John Spencer Ellis… to Carrie Kukuda and Alicia Stregar ‘The Boot Camp Girls’…  Jeff Sherman and Justin Blum ‘The Boot Camp Underground Guys’ … 7-Figure Sam… Paul Mort The UK’s Undisputed ‘Boot Camp King’ … Jon Le Toq ranked UKs # 1 trainer…. to Coach Big Larry Clay who gets people to PAY HIM to work for him instead of HIM paying them… all because of his Tribe Building Principles, which he broke down step by step ( people’s jaws hit the floor when he shared this) (more…)

Make Your Training Clients Happy with Changes in Your Business

***********************************************************************************

A lot of trainers are freaked out to talk to their clients about a few things… but these are IMPORTANT conversations that need to happen, and by NOT talking to your clients about them, you are doin’ yourself and your business a HUGE disservice

It’s no wonder that most successful people are the ones who are willing to have the most uncomfortable conversations ( think I got that one from Tim Ferriss)

Success require funky convo’s from time to time … that’s just the way it is

And success requires change and growth… that which does not grow dies

To get your training business dialed in the way you want it to be, there’s typically a *FEW* of these funky conversations you’ll need to have with your clients along the way

For example… often when working with a new mentoring client… there’s some fundamental changes that they need to make right out of the gate… the good news just a few tweaks can have a profound impact on their revenue even before we plug in all the new marketing and sales systems

But to make these changes, your clients will need to get used to some new ways you’ll be doin things

Because a “smart” training business… one that helps your clients WHILE giving you the lifestyle you deserve, and brings you maximum profits for your efforts, requires advances along the way that you’ll probably wanna make

Each of the following situations require conversations that many fitness pros don’t know how to have… (more…)

***********************************************************************

There’s a “simple-to-do’ thing that a lot of fitness trainers AREN’T doin’ that is causing their businesses to grow at a VERY SLOW rate, OR to stay the same, OR to even go down

The good news is that the solution to this problem is simple… and it’s not some new marketing tactic or cutting-edge conversion strategy or anything like that

They’re missing The C Factor… which stand for …. well… let me get to that in a minute…

You see…

Right when I decided to name this post the C-Factor… I Googled the term to see if there was some other big marketing or business strategy out there that goes by this name so I wouldn’t be stepping on anybody’s toes… and as it turns out “C-Factor” is the name of a cover band in the greater Chicago area

This is what it says on there website:

This energetic female fronted five piece has an electrifying stage show with an eclectic music lineup, think of an ipod shuffle and you have C-FACTOR. Classics from artist like Bon Jovi, Cheap Trick, Billy Idol and Journey will have you screaming “Don’t Stop!!”

DAMN!!!

Maybe if C-Factor finds out I’m using the name of their band as a name of a blog post and a hook for a strategy to get the post read, they’ll come rock out on my front lawn at 2 am, as I lay sound asleep, cranking out 80′s cover songs until I die from the shear power of the voltage coming from their thunderous guitar riffs

Sounds like a intense way to go (more…)

10 Big Business Insights and How the KBL Mastermind Changed My Life

Guest Blog Post From Callie Durbrow

Kick Back Life

The Girls of The KBL Mastermind – Boot Camp Girl Alicia Stregar, Callie, Boot Camp Girl Carrie Kukuda and Celebrity Trainer Valerie Waters

I’d like to share 10 Big Insights I had about my training business recently that have truly changed my life

You know… I’ve been a mentoring client of Big Chris’s for a number of years now and a few months back joined the KBL Jedi Mastermind….

When I signed up for the Mastermind I knew it was exactly what I needed to do to propel my business forward, but I had no clue what that meant.

When I went to Vegas 2 months ago I really had no clue what I was getting myself into.

So, I hopped on a plane and made my way through Vegas into this big olʼ room with people I had only seen on Facebook and on Chrisʼ blog.

I was nervous.

I knew my business was in order, I was doing great and had tons of clients and free time but I also knew there were some serious heavy hitters in this group and was this really something that wouldnʼt just totally overwhelm me?

As soon as we started out, all of my nervous energy subsided because I realized that everyone in this group was on the same page. We all wanted to be successful, help people, enjoy life and make a positive impact.

The funny thing was that it wasnʼt all about “how many clients can you get”, “how much money can you make in x-amount of time.”

The point of this entire weekend was creating the lifestyle that YOU want and developing systems that allow you to help tons of people, give back, enjoy your life to the fullest and live by your own rules. (more…)

Client-Getting, Tribe-Building, Money-Making and Lifestyle-Design

A Fitness Business and Marketing Post By Big Chris McCombs

Hey there, hope you’re doin’ great and I hope you enjoyed yesterdays post on Outshining Yourself

I was looking back through some posts and found some really cool information hidden throughout this site that I thought is worth re-sharing.

Client-getting with Facebbok, tribe-building with a fitness blog, lifestyle design, money-making and basically earning and enjoying a kick ass living from your knowledge of fitness… this post is kind of all over the place, but there’s dozens and dozens of good nuggets to take away from it and apply to your life and business… so I’d get out a pen and notebook if you have em’ handy, cuz as Good Ol Cousin’ Andy Jenkins says… the dullest of pencils is better than the sharpest of memories.

So without further ado… here it goes…

Design Your Life Like a Bad-Ass

For most people life just kinda happens to them.

They’re at the mercy of circumstance, hate their job, hate their spouse and are bored out of their minds

Then there are those who design life to be just how they want it. I call these “Lifestyle Design Bad-Asses”

Here’s a quick list I whipped up about how to be a lifestyle design bad-ass…

1. Work for yourself … don’t compromise on this one

2. Work where you want … if you’re gonna work for yourself, might as well work where you want you know?

3. Work when you want … build yourself a schedule that fits your ideal lifestyle.

4. Delegate out as much of the stuff you don’t want to do, don’t like to do, or don’t PERSONALLY need to do as possible (even delegate out the delegating)

5. Have someone else manage all the people who work for you. Treat this person well

6. Read The 4 Hour Work Week, The E-myth, and The Power of Full Engagement. Do what those books say to do

7. While working on projects that drive your business forward, keep your phone on silent as often as possible and batch process your calls

8. Have a business that is systems dependent, not owner dependent

9. Create your business around your life, not your life around your business

10. Take massive action and get things done fast, Understand that when you do this some things will get broken and jacked up, That’s ok, take action anyway… you can fine tune things later… cuz remember, success usually happens in the middle of massive chaos

11. Become a die-hard student and practitioner of direct response marketing

12. Surround yourself with other successful direct response marketers

13. Read the blog you’re currently reading on a regular basis

14. Refuse to settle for mediocrity

15. Have clear and defined written goals

16. Follow your own path and don’t give a sh*t others “opinions” of you, especially if they aren’t giving you money

17. Nurture the important relationships in your life.

18. Protect your time like a father protects his daughter. If anyone tries to steal your time with things that are important to them but not important to you, immediately terminate the situation.

Sounds harsh but if you don”t do this, you’ll spend the majority of your time doing things that are important to others but not to you.

19. Get clear on your values and make sure your work is in line with your values.

20. Everyday you’re willing to work spend as much time as possible on the biggest levers in moving your business forward to where you want it to be

21. Take time to learn everyday, but don’t let learning become an avoidance activity

22. Be willing to have uncomfortable conversations with others

23. Become a master student of persuasion. Read ‘Influence’ by Robert Cialdini if you haven’t read it

24. Take many vacations every year

25. Have days when you do no work at all

26. Like Andy Jenkins says, focus on Performing and Publishing

27. Batch process your emails, in 99% of situations DO NOT IT THERE AND ANSWER THOSE DAMN THINGS LIVE AS THEY COME IN.

28. Visualize your ideal life and work day

29. Understand when you walk your own path in life others will be irritated and often offended. This is ok

30. Expand your comfort zone on a regular basis and understand that you and your business will only grow by doing things that are currently beyond your level of emotional comfort. Get used to it

31. Start relationships with people you want in your life with the giving hand. Do something cool for them before you ask ANYTHING of them

32. Realize that your relationship or your career can’t make you happy. HOWEVER, also realize that a relationship with the wrong person or a career you hate are two things that can screw happiness up real quick. Make sure you have the right relationship and career

33. Got this one from Byron Katie: Understand that there are three kinds of business in life. Your business, other peoples and life’s business. Your business is your thoughts and actions. Other peoples business is their thoughts and actions. Life’s business are things like the weather and the traffic. Focus only on YOUR business, because it’s the only thing that matters, the other stuff you can’t control so don’t worry about it

34. Have goals and a vision and focus on them a lot, but be present in the moment as well, since it’s all we really have

35. When you’re wrong, make things right as soon as possible… especially when other people are involved

36. Be yourself, if you aren’t, others will know it

37. Spend as much time as possible doing what you truly enjoy

38. Realize you’ll never get everything done

39. Stay on your path, be persistent yet flexible

40. Take action, but don’t be attached to outcome

41. In Guy Ritchie’s kick-a** film RockNRollla there’s a chase scene that just goes on and goes on ( the scene is funny as hell by the way )… the bad guys just won’t give up no matter what… where most people would have keeled over and died, these dudes just keep comin’ at ya… that is how you become a Lifestyle Design Bad-A**

Never Relent.

42. Oh yeah, and it’s totally cliche’ but make life fun and enjoy the ride… I mean seriously… we’re all gonna be dead soon anyway… so let’s live it up and have a helluva lotta fun while we’re here.

43. Start or join a mastermind group, where you can challenge each other, learn from each other and keep each other accountable.

Lots of great info out there on how to start one, I’ve been in many of them over the years and quite simply I would not be where I am today without the support and wisdom I found in those meetings.

If you’d like learn strategies for freeing up time in your business so you can own a fitness business that gives you a lot of freedom in life … then click here to check out The Fitness Freedom Formula

Ok… now that we’ve covered some lifestyle design stuff, let’s talk about building a tribe following of customers and clients…

Online Tribe Building Stuff with a Fitness Blog

Ok, having a voice and a platform like a blog is a great way to build a kick-ass tribe of people who wanna learn from you as a fitness expert… which can help you a ton whether it’s in your local training business or from your own fitness-information products which you can sell online “around the world” 24 hours a day 7 days a week

But what you put out better be kick ass.

Sure you could put out some good info on your blog… but if you’re blog doesn’t kick some serious ass and literally separate itself from the other blogs out there then you’ll never build a tribe-like following of readers who you can turn into long term customers and clients… nor will you be able to retain and ascend people with your blog… retention and accession… two words I love.

I mean…

There’s SO MUCH information out there that people can pretty much get their fitness tips from just about anywhere… BodyBuilding.com, T-Nation.com, Wikipedia, YouTube and a million other sites that probably have 10-100 times the amount of content you do… so don’t try to compete on the volume of content or even how good your “fitness tips” are… unless you’re sure you have the absolute best fitness strategies in the world… putting guys like Cressey and Cosgrove to shame… which is no small feat.

Compete by making your blog fun to read… make it a 5 minute mini-vacation that gets people out of their day and away from their problems for a few minutes.

Disguise the information you teach as entertainment… tell stories to get points across… be funny… even be a little edgy if it’s authentic to who you are.

Treat your reader like they’re your best friend… and you two are sitting at a bar or a coffee shop, and you just happened to have discovered some short-cuts and secrets that are giving you success in a certain area of life and you’re sharing it one-to-one with your friend… because you CARE about them.

If you were at a bar or coffee shop with your friend you’d laugh, you’d joke, you’d tell stories, you’d connect and most certainly you’d have a good time.

Well… your blog needs to be this same way… cuz if you’re just gonna teach stuff text book style you’re gonna have one helluva hard time building up a following of loyal readers… BUT, if you can show your reader you care, put a smile on their face, make em’ laugh a little and help em forget their problems for a minute… WHILE teaching them something that will help them improve some area of their laugh they desperately need help with or are extremely passionate about… well then my friend, you have a winner.

You know how when a guy gets a new car that he really loves he’ll make just about any excuse he can just to go out to the garage and look at it?

THAT’S the kind of relationship you wanna to have with your blog.

You wanna be proud of it… and you want your readers to be proud to be readers of your blog… and to connect on a deep personal level… where they’re happy that your blog represents some aspect of themselves.

You know how most movies, tv shows and musicians fall anywhere between boring royally and being just so-so?

Yet some shows are just on a whole different level?

Or movies like The Shawshank Redemption, Good Fellas and Good Will Hunting just seem to put your typical movie to shame?

If you’re gona blog, then decide right here and not to be so much better than your average fitness blog… cuz in all honesty most fitness bloggers are wasting their time… since most of their blogs are just other “me too” blogs… and NO ONE besides maybe five or ten or twenty people are gonna come read their blog on a regular basis anyway… they’d be better served to go stand on a street corner with a sign that says “Will Train for Food”

I’m serious here…

Make your blog a whole different world… the movie Napoleon Dynamite is a different world… The Howard Stern Show is a different world… Starbucks has created a different world… make YOUR BLOG a different world… a place like no other place out there

Create a blog that really speaks to your ideal customer and takes them on a journey… a blog where they LOOK FORWARD to your posts… a blog where you share tips, tactics and shortcuts very few people know about… and a blog that YOU have one helluva a good time creating… a blog you love and one that your readers will love…

… a blog that KICKS ASS like Jet Li

Don’t just blog because you heard you should blog… blog with a passion and a purpose, and it can be one of the most beneficial things you’ve ever done for your business.

If you’d like to have your own kick ass blog, then check out my most popular program… Fitness Blogging Profits… just click here to see it

Blogging is just one great way to get clients and customers from the internet… another one is Facebook

Marketing Your Fitness Business with Facebook

Facebook is a GREAT place to get clients from the internet these days, but lots of things on Facebook have changed… but it still is a great source of new business.

It’s ALSO a great place to strategically build your list

Many trainers who I’ve spoken with using various successful methods of Facebook Ads are reporting an average of paying $150 to $200 in ad revenue to Facebook for them to generate each client.

$150 to $200 ain’t bad figuring the average lifetime value of clients for the trainers is in the $900 to $2700 range.. making it about a 4.5 to 18 times return on your investment… however, sometime the money can take a while to make it’s way back to you, especially if you’re using the preferred method of multiple-step marketing as compared to goin’ straight for the sale.

Now if you really dial it in the these numbers can be improved, but with math like that EVEN if you drop the ball in a few spots … you’ll still probably make a huge profit.

HOWEVER, dropping the ball in Facebook Ads and still trying to make a profit is getting harder and harder by the day.

That Facebook Ads is still pretty EASY, and it’s MUCH easier than Google Adwords for most people

However it is getting more difficult with time AND often times tryin’ to make the sale straight from the ad isn’t the best way to go…

Meaning I don’t think this formula is ideal: Ad => Salespage

I prefer either…

A. Ad => Squeeze => Thank You Page

B. Ad => Squeeze => Thank You and Free Trial Registration Page .. this way you not only get their email addy on the squeeze page be it on OR off Facebook, and then you also get their mailing address and phone number… allowing you to market to them from multiple directions

I’ve seen much better results with those two methods then the one most fitness pros use.

I’m let my buddy Josh Carter take it from here… a dude many trainers know as the Facebook Ads guy … and for good reason as you can see…

Hey there, Josh Carter here,

Facebook ads… Ah yes, the almighty Facebook ads.

Everyone knows how great they are and how easy it is to get clients using Facebook. So that must mean you have plenty of clients because Facebook ads are flooding your doors right? No?

Hmmm… Maybe it is not as easy as everyone says. Maybe we need to take a closer look at things.

Here’s the deal: Facebook ads are not the marketing bonanza they were 1 to 2 years ago. People are just becoming more accustomed to seeing them, and ignoring them.

Plus too many are spammy bullscrap ads and people have just become *relatively* desensitized . Add to that the fact that a recent report showed that Facebook ads prices have jumped 40% in the first quarter of the year alone… and well, uh… ok… so…

That just blows. Paying more for ads that are less effective.

So I guess we should just give up on ads right?

Not so fast, chuckles.

Facebook ads can still drive you plenty of leads and build you a MASSIVE list (for cheap) *IF* you know what you are doing. As a matter of fact my good friend and stud boy trainer Dustin Maher built a list of 100k (yes 100,000 fans) on Facebook using some ultra clever ad tactics.

And in more good news another recent study showed that we click more as we age. Considering most of our clients are 30 and above (generally they are the only ones who can afford trainers) this bodes well for our Facebook marketing efforts.

By the way, I should also point out that Facebook sucks at getting sales.

At least for now. Do not expect anyone to buy your service from a Facebook page. That will become more commonplace, but for now don’t bother. Facebook is a trusted environment, and if we can attract prospects and engage them socially (not just attack with ads and offers) they will grow to know, like and trust us. Eventually they will buy. So for right now stick with lead generation.

Here are some basic yet essential tactics for Facebook ad success…

1) Get the Picture – The ad picture is without a doubt the most important part of the ad.

(Second is headline, then the copy). If your picture sucks no one will click it. Your headline could be “Free Boobs” and still no one would click it if the picture was crap.

That is simply because the image has to draw our attention. The ads are on the right of where users are reading, so it literally has to “catch the eye” to get any notice at all. This is why it is called “interruption marketing”.

Use real images, like of real clients and stay away from stock photography if you can.

Especially with women. Women have a great bullshit detector. They respond much better to emotional ads. Women like to see picture of other women, and women and babies. And babies for that matter. Men, like boobs. No joke. It you are targeting men and want an ad to get clicks (and it is in some way relevant) then use a hot chick who is stacked in the ad photo.

Facebook is notoriously fickle about what images they will approve.

For instance you can’t just have a ripped dude with a six pack just sitting there. But if he is working out with his shirt off that is cool. Also, you can’t show fat. Their stance is the do not want to promote one body type over another. Uh, note to Facebook: That is how I make a living.

I any event you can just try re-submitting and see what happens. I once submitted an ad (the same exact ad) 5 times and then it was finally approved. Weird.

Color also is a major factor. Facebook is all blue, grey and white. If your ad is blue, gray and white too it will get lost on the page. Red is good. Even using a red border around the image works great too.

2) Stay on Target – You MUST target your audience. It is absolutely necessary to figure out who you want to see your ad. I just listened to an interview with Mike Geary who said he targets his FB ads to everyone. Uh, that ain’t targeting and in my opinion a HUGE mistake for Mike. (Of course Mike can buy and sell me, so when in doubt listen to the bazillionaire.)

But here is one of the great things about Facebook: Users like me and you freely post what we like and what are interests are. Take a look at your “info” tab on your profile page. Everything you like is there. And as Facebook marketers we have access to that data. So if I like “Xbox 360” a keen marketer selling the next hot shit video game should target me in their ad campaign.

We need to do the same as trainers. I will say it is MUCH tougher to target for a local business than it is for an online one (like an eBook), but it can be done. First and foremost target geographically. Find the city nearest you and choose a radius of 10 miles around. No use showing an ad to someone who will never drive to your location.

Second target the sex of your potential customer. Show one type of ad to men, another to women. Some ads can cross over to both, but it’s tricky.

What else do you know about your prospect? Are most of your current clients golfers? Then put “golf” in as one of the parameters. Use whatever you know to dial in and laser target your audience.

The better you target, the better your ad will perform.

3) Social Proof - I’m not sure if you know, but Facebook is THE social network.

Being social is at the core of Facebook’s success, and can be yours too. Ads that have the “like” button with the thumbs up saying X number of people like that ad is insanely influential. You’ve probably seen these ads (not all have the “like” button, and I’ll tell you why in a second).

How influential?

Well if I saw an ad for something and just below it was the “like” button and it said “Chris McCombs and 987 other like this”. Holy shit, Chris like it? I like Chris. He rides a motorcycle, that means he is cool. So if Chris likes it I gotta check it out.

And the same goes for your ads. If a potential client see one of you ads, and see that 1000 people like it that exponentially increases the likelihood that they will click that ad. If they see that a friend likes it too, then the odds go up even more. Facebook is social, and so we must capitalize on its social (and viral) nature to fully reap its benefits.

One thing though, these ads with the “like” button built in are only for ads that go directly to a Fanpage. That is but one reason to have a fanpage (and there are many, but I’m taking ads today.)

OK, here’s just one reason: Like I said early Facebook is a trusted environment. There is an inherit level of trust. When you send a user outside of Facebook to a landing page a certain amount of that trust is lost. Facebook is “safe”, but is this new outside site? A Fanpage has a built in level of trust already established. Get one.

4) Make a Connection - Ok, broad example: You have an ad with a cat in it. The prospect likes cats and clicks it. But the landing page is a dog. WTF? The prospect is lost (and pissed). I should say that we all know cats suck and dogs rock, but I think you get the point.

If your ad has one type of imagery in it, but then landing page is completely different then the user will instantly be turned off and leave the page.

There has to be a connection. The image that is in the ad needs to be the same or similar to what they see on the landing page. The flow from ad to landing page has to be relevant and cohesive otherwise you will suffer from a “disconnect.”

By the way this holds true more for women than men. Remember they have that amazing bullshit detector.

I have seen this disconnect a lot in my Facebook coaching client’s previous campaigns- descent clicks but no conversions. That means the user is not making the connection between the ad and where they ended up and they simply move on.

Create a unified and consistent ad funnel to keep your prospect engaged and on the right path (that you have laid out for them.)

5) Test and Tweak – This tip is simple but effective. Without testing things can go haywire and get a little bananas in terms of profit and loss

But here’s something cool: Facebook ads cost nothing to create.

Make as many as you want. Test theme out individually; don’t have them compete against themselves at the same time to the same targets. Ad not getting clicks (or costing too much)? Dump it. Got one that is doing well? Keep that one, and make another similar to it but tweak, the headline or the copy and see how it does.

Just keep testing and tweaking.

With stuff like testing and tweaking Facebook is all about giving power back to the little guy.. EVEN with their ads… with Facebook the playing field is even.

6) The Copy Formula – No one wants to read an essay in an ad, so don’t make it too wordy. Think of billboards on the highway. A general rule of thumb for a billboard is 7 words or less. Obviously people are plying by in their cars and they simply can’t read long copy.

The same holds true for the copy of your ad. Make it sweet and to the point.

I have been having a great deal of success with a simple formula: Question, action.

So for example:

“Want to get lean and toned in only 6 weeks? Click Here…”

“Who else wants to lose 4in. from their waist? Visit our page…”

“Know the secret to a flat and toned belly? Click like below to discover…”

Something along those lines.

Short, direct and with a definitive action

Ok… Big Chris again here, before you go I’d like to leave with a few Big Picture Things…

Big Picture Stuff

These are basically some rules, formulas and philosophies I do my best to live by…

Action Alleviates Anxiety – There’s no way around fear, only through it… feel the fear and do it anyway

Step out of your comfort zone on a regular basis and realize that you and your business will only grow when you do things that take you beyond your current level of emotional comfort…. .get comfortable with being uncomfortable… feel the fear and do it anyway… life is weird and intense sometimes… get used to it

Taking action will help to get rid of the nerves… doin nothing will make them worse

Ok, also

Have a business and life philosophy -It makes doin’ things that are in line with your values so much easier… Mine are…

Here’s mine…

Life Philosophy:

Let go, trust God, be grateful, live in the moment, help others, put family first and blaze your own trail

Business Philosophy:

Do what you love, work for yourself, focus what you want, feel good about getting it, take massive action, help others and create your business around your ideal life instead of your life around your business.

The Economy doesn’t effect me – I NEVER think about the economy… only MY economy… which is ALWAYS good

Make sure to have a ‘contribution’ goal – : It’s really important that you have some goal is focused on others

So instead of say focusing on making $100,000 a year in revenue

Lets say your average one year agreement is $2000

Then your goal should be to help at least 50 people this year get into shape in your year long program

You still make the $100k , but your focus was on helping others

Also… another little rule I like to live by…

No Boneheads – If I don’t like a person or don’t like dealing with them, they’re out… PERIOD ( Paul and Zach have this same rule)

Life is to short for time vampires, energy suckers, complainers, the dishonest and shady, the needy, the clingy, non-action takers, blamers, haters and anyone else who brings down the quality of my day

Like The Great Dan Kennedy says, “If I wake up three days in a row thinkin’ about you, and I AIN’T sleeping with ya, you gotta go”

NEVER allow others to dictate how you work…

…it’s YOUR responsibility to condition others to work with you on YOUR terms.

Only Enter Into WIN/WIN Relationships And ONLY With People I Like - ( Similar to the last one)

- If a relationship isn’t win/win, then huge problems will arise

Also…

Only Take on Projects That Are In Line With My Current Values and Fulfill Me Beyond Just The Money – This ties into the last one… a project must fulfill me in some way BESIDE just money… too many people spend their life JUST chasing a buck, to me, that’s no way to live

For me, the money must be their, but it should fulfill me personally, be fun, help a lot of people, and build in be in line with my current brand and brand equity.

Watch the Majority and Do the Opposite - Most people are broke, bored, miserable and have bought into the big lies society has taught them their entire life without questioning it for one second

If you watch what 99% of people do and do the opposite, you’ll almost always be on the right path

Don’t Trade Hours for Dollars, Create SYSTEMS That Make Money – Self Explanatory… it’s actually why I stopped training ( not that you should though… if you like training, by all means train ) – I just didn’t want to trade hours for dollars anymore, so I systematized things and hired a bunch of other trainers to do the training for me… and went on to create a ton of info products that can sell online even while I’m sleeping

Waking up and seeing all the money that came in while you slept from all the systems you’ve created is a helluva buz

Emphasize my strengths, don’t try to fix my weaknesses - I do what I’m good at and enjoy… I hire out the rest

Find the path that FEELS right – not conceptually, not just to your bank account and not just something that makes ends meet… search deep inside for your path and the answer will come… inside you know what you were born to do… don’t get side tracked by all the day to day thoughts and problems that we tend to take so seriously… the answer isn’t in your mind… it’s in your soul… I know, I know… sounds pretty new agey… but it’s the truth

Be very clear on what your values are -  Because if you don’t know what’s important to you, you just mind find yourself working for someone with a stronger sense of purpose then your own… and that SUCKS

When the path becomes clear… take massive action right away and get things done fast… and whatever parts of your path aren’t clear yet will be revealed to you along the way… many times through what may seem like hurdles, challenges or mistakes… this is good

Understand that success usually happens in the middle of massive amounts of chaos… don’t sweat it… you can fine tune things later… you’re never gonna have all your ducks in a row

Be sure to nurture the important relationships in your life -  it’s one of the most important things you have

Now, for one of the most important of all…

The Business Ladder

Guest Video Post By Zach Hunt

Hey there, it’s Big Chris… and I’ve got an awesome free video for you today

Myself and Zach Hunt are about to release what is probably our most requested program ever.

It’s all about how to have freedom in your business… ya know, we’ve both created six-figure fitness training businesses that take VERY little of our own personal time.

We’ve done this by systematizing and outsourcing/in-sourcing almost everything that goes on in the business…

… Making it so we can literally fire ourselves from everything except getting paid

Before releasing the program we’re gonna hook you with some cool free stuff that you can apply in your OWN business… so even if you don’t purchase the program you can still get some benefit from discovering a lot of what we do

If you wanna own a business that drives you nuts, stresses you out, takes all your time and freedom and becomes one big ball and chain … then ignore this post and the free stuff I’ll be posting

But if you want freedom in your biz, then pay you’ll definitely wanna check this stuff out…

Enjoy your video:

The Fitness Freedom Formula is coming your way soon…
