List Building for Fitness Pros

The money is in the list

Well, let me restate that…

The money is having a big opt-in list of targeted subscribers who you have a good relationship with and want to buy what you have to offer… be it personal training, boot camps, fitness info-products… whatever

So how do you build a list?

Well, you send targeted traffic from places like Facebook Ads, Google and JV Promos, to either content sites ( like video content or a blog ) with slick pop-up set to show at just right the time, OR you send them to squeeze pages

Pages where there’s really only one thing for your visitor to do… leave their email addy in exchange for… a free video, a free ebook or report, two free weeks group training, a month of free boot camp… whatever cool thing you can trade them that will help move them from where they are now to where they want to be

Now, these squeeze pages should be simple… the more stuff on the page, the less chance that the page will convert.

How Two Guys With a Vision and a Purpose Are Changing the World

Hey there, what’s up and howdy…

After a kick ass shoulders, lats and traps workout done to a constant rotation of Five Finger Death Punch, La Coka Nostra and Vinnie Paz, at levels I’m pretty sure are gonna cause some serious hearing damage, I stopped by my friend Travis’s office.

It’s a super cool place o’ bizness right next to a bikini and biker bar, with a big ol’ basketball game thingy set up right there in the back.

He’s just ten minutes from my house, and I knew he was in the middle of giant launch,in fact one of the biggest launches in history, but he keeps telling me to stop by, so I finally did.

I met Travis at my friend Andy Jenkins house, Travis and his partner Kenny have been working their tails off for the last year to help change the way you and I market our business on the internet and make our lives a whole lot easier.

You see, Travis has a vision and a purpose, something all successful business owners should have ( if you don’t have a vision and a purpose, I suggest you work on that ASAP… get those in place and the money will follow, never put making money first… help enough people get what they want in life and the money will follow)

Travis and his partner Kenny looked at the way people were marketing online, and delivering content, and he know there had to be a better way… FAR too many business owners, fitness pros and internet marketers are completely reliant on overpaid, unreliable web guys and are often held captive by these “techies” waiting for what can seem like ever just to deliver good content and good marketing messages on the internet. ( I’ve waited months for a site to be built before… ughhhh )

Cool Tool for Fitness Pros

Hey there, I hope your doin’ awesome

My good friend Andy Jenkins is launching a piece of software right now that’s gonna make a lot of the confusing internet marketing and content delivery stuff that  business minded fitness pros need to be doin, super easy.

It’s called Kajabi ( which means to take flight )

Andy is actually one of the first guys that helped made me become successful on the web, in fact, a few years ago I paid about $20,000.00 to be part of one of his high end internet marketing programs and today he’s turned out to be a pretty good friend of mine… he’s also been helping me and Bedros a TON with the internet marketing documentary “Add to Cart” that we’re getting ready to release soon.

As you probably know I own a few different businesses… I’ve NEVER been able to hold down a normal job, I make a HORRIBLE employee and suck big time at following direction… so being an entrepreneur is no brainer for me.

One of my business is a group personal training business I started back in 2003 and quickly built to six-figures relying solely on the human billboard strategy. After a few years of doin’ all the training myself I discovered some different ways to get clients from the internet, in fact I was able to get so many clients from the internet that I quit training myself and hired 15 other trainers to do all the training for me.

I then automated and delegated out every single aspect of that business to where I don’t even spend one minute a month on it now, it runs entirely without me and allows me to focus on other things, like friends, family, fitness and helping other trainers to build their own dream businesses.

I guess you could say I’m a HUGE fan and advocate of internet marketing…. it has provided me with a lifestyle and level freedom that very few people even think is possible… and not a day goes by where I don’t think about how grateful I am to have it so good… internet marketing is one of the best things that ever happened to me.

And what’s cool is, it’s actually super easy to figure out, I mean if a guy like me who spent 15 years frying my brain cells can do it, anyone can, I have no doubt in my mind

The hard rock and metal is still there though… Metallica, Tool, Pantera and Eminem are cranked almost daily around here… especially when driving, working, doing cardio or lifting.
